Job summary

FieldCore is offering an entry-level Field Engineering Program (FEP) within GE Vernova's Gas Power segment in the United States. You will train through in-person and online curricula, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship from seasoned TFA's, traveling to project sites to gain hands-on power generation experience.

Upon successful graduation, you may advance to a TFA – Electrical Excitation position, overseeing excitation systems, reporting on progress, and supporting a broad range of field

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Willingness for extensive travel to projects and field sites.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety mindset and adhere to GE safety standards.
• Travel extensively to projects and field assignments.
• Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Lead retrofit projects including excitation systems and related components.
• Provide timely internal and external reports.
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
