FieldCore, part of GE Vernova, offers an entry-level Field Engineering Program (FEP). You will be enrolled in FEP to develop in-depth technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership skills through in-person and online training, on-the-job trainings, and mentorship from seasoned Technical Field Advisors.

After graduating from the FEP, you will be eligible for a TFA – Electrical Excitation position, supporting turbine excitation systems, driving quality and safety, and reporting progress to

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field projects.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety mindset and comply with GE safety standards.
• Travel to and from projects and field assignments.
• Lead retrofit projects, including excitation systems and power systems.
• Provide timely internal and external reports.
• Support warranty administration and troubleshooting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and support business growth.
