Job summary

Verizon is seeking a hands-on AI engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions that streamline its GTM engine. You will build agentic workflows and RAG systems using advanced Foundation Models to empower sales and marketing teams.

You will implement LLM-powered features, connect data to models, and prototype AI solutions for lead enrichment and CRM automation in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Strong proficiency in Python/TypeScript and experience building web services or integrating complex APIs (especially CRM, VoIP, or sales engagement platforms).
• Solid understanding of the LLM stack, including experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Strands Agents, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of modern AI concepts: Prompt Engineering, few-shot learning, and the difference between fine-tuning and RAG.
• Experience with standard software development tools (Git, Docker) and CI/CD processes.
• A product-oriented and revenue-focused mindset: empathy with a BDR's workflow and AI outputs that are instantly actionable during live calls.

Responsibilities

• Building and refining LLM-powered features and autonomous agents to enhance our revenue capabilities.
• Designing and implementing RAG pipelines to connect proprietary data with large language models for high-accuracy outputs.
• Exploring and prototyping AI solutions for lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and CRM automation.
• Integrating AI workflows into the sales stack (Salesforce, Gong) for seamless adoption by sales reps.
• Developing and maintaining production-grade infrastructure for AI orchestration, including prompt management and low-latency APIs.
• Rapid "Vibe Coding" & Prototyping to deliver full-stack MVP quickly.
