Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Baltimore is hiring a General Warehouse Worker (Order Selector) to efficiently pick, build, and transport customer orders using an electric pallet jack and voice-directed technology.

You will stack pallets up to 5+ feet, shrink-wrap and label shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy while following safety standards. This full-time role requires reliability and the ability to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Apply today to learn more about joining our growing Baltimore Lineage Team with Union 570!Shift: 6AM - 4:30PM - working 4x10Schedule: Sun-Wed or Wed-SatPay: $21/hrAs an General Warehouse Worker (Order Selector), you'll operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment- while following all company and regulatory safety standards.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate electric pallet jack ride-along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer ordersPerform required pre-use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipmentUse headset-based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product codeBuild safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelinesManually shrink-wrap completed pallets to secure product for transportUse a shrink wrap machine to securely wrap and stabilize completed pallets for transportOpen boxes and containers as needed to access productLabel and mark materials with identifying informationAccurately record product quantities using site-specific systems to maintain inventory accuracyStage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areasIdentify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisorAdditional ResponsibilitiesOperate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assignedWork collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goalsMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Minimum of 1 year of experience operating electric pallet jack equipment (ride-along preferred; single and double)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environmentBasic math skills and strong attention to detailAbility to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsAbility to give voice commands in English (required for voice-directed picking systems)Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs / 27 kgs (weight may vary by facility)Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as neededComfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at timesPay Range:$0.00 - $0.00Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
