Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Chicago, IL seeks a warehouse associate to handle palletized goods using forklifts and RF scanning. You will put away items, pick for outbound shipments, and ensure accurate counts and labeling throughout the shift.

Candidates must lift at least 40 lbs, work in cold or dry storage environments, and adapt to flexible shifts including weekends. Safety and documentation are a priority.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret pallet IDs and labels.
• Proficiency with RF scanning equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weights, counts and condition via RF system.
• Load/unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Read work orders to determine quantities and locations in the warehouse.
• Wrap and label pallets for shipping; document counts with RF scanning.
• Complete forklift maintenance and battery checks daily.
• Report damages or discrepancies to supervisors; assist with clean-up.
