Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Newark, New Jersey is seeking a 2nd shift associate to operate pallet jack equipment from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will select and assemble customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while following safety procedures.

You will record inventory data, help maintain organization in cold or dry storage environments, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of products. This role offers growth opportunities within Lineage Logistics.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (18 kgs).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary.
• Pick products and ensure correct lot numbers/product codes.
• Record material amounts using site equipment to update inventory.
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly.
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
