Job summary

RightStone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Cleveland, OH 44103 for a 4-month temp-to-perm role. Pay is $20.50/hr; schedule is 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 9-hour shifts with breaks.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding position in a non-climate-controlled facility. You will process orders with proprietary software and handheld scanners, lift boxes up to 100 lbs, operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners, and prep shipments for trucks.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders for trucks.
• Perform frequent kneeling, bending, reaching and ladder climbing.

Job description

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Cleveland OH 44103 with $20.50/hr pay for a 4-month temp to permanent opportunity. This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are NO forklifts or cherry pickers you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and repetitive heavy lifting to meet daily production targets independently.

Schedule: 6: 30AM - 3: 00 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks) SUMMARY: Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather please dress accordingly).

Physical Requirements: Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift. Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

What You ll Do

• Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.
• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

What We re Looking For

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. Without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
