Job summary

RightStone in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 12-month contract (potential temp-to-perm). The role involves moving, sorting, lifting, and loading storage boxes, with items from 10 to 100 lbs, and operating hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Shift is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, five days a week, with a 30-minute lunch and breaks; overtime and weekend shifts may occur. Candidates should be able to read and write English and work in a physically demanding environment.

Job description

We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associate in Walton Hills Ohio 44146 with $20.50/hr pay for a 12-month contract duration (potential temp-to-perm). In this role, you will play a vital part in the moving, arranging, lifting, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes. This position requires physical agility as you will frequently kneel, squat, reach, bend forward, and handle items ranging from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. If you have the physical capabilities and attention to detail required for this role

Shift Schedule:

7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM (5 days a week including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. OT and weekend shift depending on the workload)

Roles and Requirements:

• Process orders and handle items such as files, books, binders, and backup tapes.
• The work is physically demanding, involving manual lifting, carrying, and moving of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting.
• You should be capable of independently lifting and carrying boxes ranging from 10-100 lbs regularly.
• Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks on varying surfaces is also a key aspect of the role.
