Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Lahey Division of Urology seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Urologist to join the Beverly Hospital team. Enjoy a full-scope general urology role with access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and OR facilities, supported by Lahey subspecialists.

The position offers a two-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive package, comprehensive benefits, CME support, and APP assistance, with a shared call schedule averaging 1:4 in a community-focused

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Manage benign urologic conditions across general urology.
• Perform endoscopic procedures (TURP, TURBT, stone surgery).
• Provide laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL.
• Conduct in-office procedures (cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, minor interventions).
• Support women's health, incontinence therapies, and BPH treatments.
• Collaborate with Lahey subspecialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology, etc.
• Share call schedule ~1:4.
• Access to advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and state-of-the-art OR facilities.
