Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Beverly Hospital seeks a board-eligible or board-certified General Urologist to join the Division of Urology. This full-time role offers broad scope, strong administrative support, and access to advanced imaging, pathology, and OR facilities.

You will perform endoscopic and in-office procedures, collaborate with subspecialists in oncology and reconstruction, and share a 1:4 call. Compensation includes a base salary of $360,000–$450,000, comprehensive benefits, CME

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Urology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in community-based practice with access to subspecialty support.

Responsibilities

• Manage benign urologic conditions across the spectrum of general urology.
• Endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery.
• Laser lithotripsy and access to ESWL.
• In-office procedures including cystoscopy and vasectomy.
