Job summary

Lahey Clinic – Division of Urology in Beverly, MA seeks a board-eligible or board-certified General Urologist to join a growing clinical team at Beverly Hospital. The role offers a broad, full-scope practice with strong administrative support and access to subspecialty resources.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in community-based practice with subspecialty support.

Responsibilities

• Manage benign urologic conditions across general urology.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including TURP, TURBT, and stone surgery.
• Utilize laser lithotripsy; access ESWL as needed.
• Conduct in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate biopsy.
• Collaborate with oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, endourology teams.
• Share call schedule approximately 1:4; provide patient-centered care.
• Access advanced imaging, on-site pathology, and modern OR facilities.
