Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Lahey Division of Urology in Beverly Hospital seeks a Board-eligible or Board-certified General Urologist to join a four-MD practice in a busy community setting.

The role covers benign and general urology, endoscopic TURP/TURBT, laser lithotripsy, ESWL access, in-office cystoscopy and minor procedures, and opportunities in women's health, with subspecialty support from Lahey specialists and robust administrative backing.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Urology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in community-based practice with subspecialty support.

Responsibilities

• Manage general urology conditions across a broad patient population.
• Perform endoscopic procedures including TURP and TURBT.
• Offer laser lithotripsy and access ESWL.
• Conduct in-office cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate biopsy.
• Provide women's health, incontinence therapies, and BPH treatments.
• Collaborate with Lahey specialists for oncology, reconstruction, and endourology.
• Share a call schedule of about 1:4.
