GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT - MISSION CRITICAL / DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION

$250,000-300,000 Base Salary + Extensive Travel & Housing Package

Preston Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Superintendent for a major opportunity with a leading national general contractor in the rapidly expanding data center construction sector.

This is a senior field leadership position for someone who has successfully delivered large-scale, ground-up data center projects and knows what it takes to lead complex construction operations from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

You'll take ownership of field operations, leading Superintendents, coordinating subcontractors, managing construction sequencing, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

We're looking for a construction leader who can make decisions, solve problems, develop teams, and take accountability for results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• General contracting experience
• Experience leading large construction teams and multiple Superintendents
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and field execution

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Travel Bonus: 10% of base salary
• Housing Stipend: $3,500/month
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,000/month + gas card
• Additional annual bonus and relocation support subject to confirmation
