Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is partnered with a growing real estate investment and construction organization seeking a General Superintendent for a flagship hyperscale data center project in Northwest Indiana. You will lead on-site operations, drive safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating with management and trade partners.

The role demands 15+ years of supervision experience in large projects, with a track record on $500M+ or greater.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction supervision experience at superintendent level.
• Experience on projects valued at $500M+ preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Northwest Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a large hyperscale data center project.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, manpower planning, scheduling and sequencing.
• Drive safety culture and ensure quality, meeting project specifications and milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Management to maintain production goals.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning and project turnover.
• Resolve field issues while maintaining productivity.
• Mentor and develop field supervision teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners and stakeholders.
