Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong track record delivering mid-rise and high-rise residential projects throughout New York City. They are seeking an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent with a proven history of managing 30+ story ground-up residential projects from inception through completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing firm with a strong pipeline of ground-up high-rise residential projects across New York City.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Construction Superintendent will:

• Manage the job site from groundbreaking through project completion
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, scheduling, changes, and deliveries
• Proactively identify and address design deficiencies, scheduling concerns, and site challenges
• Maintain project schedule and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job sites consistently meet or exceed OSHA safety standards
• RFI logs
• Daily reports
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with ownership, construction managers, project managers, and consultants
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and manpower planning
• Ensure project quality standards and deadlines are achieved
