Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction, especially data centers.
• Proven track record in senior field leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale electrical construction and project execution.
• Experience leading multiple crews and field leaders.
• Knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical projects.
• Track record of delivering complex electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and direction for large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Oversee General Foremen, Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Develop and manage manpower plans, schedules, materials, equipment, and field resources.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Identify issues and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to plans, specs, and codes.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all jobsites.
• Mentor and develop field leadership; participate in planning and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to successful project delivery from mobilization through completion.
