Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and field personnel across multiple project phases.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, maintaining productivity, safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials to maximize project efficiency.
• Mentor and develop field employees while fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to successful project execution.
