Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of large-scale Data Centers in the United States. You will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and procurement, while mentoring staff and coordinating with customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in electrical PM for IT/telecom facilities, including data center environments. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large scale IT/Telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems and cabling.
• Experience with retrofits in operational facilities and critical facilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with company, client, and project policies.
• Site safety and adherence to national policies.
• Generate estimates and review project proposals.
• Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with the customer to meet expectations before/during/after.
• Coordinate activities of staff and subcontractors.
• Procure materials and ensure timely delivery with vendors.
• Lead billing efforts and collections.
• Conduct regular site visits and address issues.
• Develop and maintain client and employee relationships.
• Assist leadership in planning labor/material needs.
• Provide reports and updates to senior management.
• Forecast financial direction and course-correct as needed.
• Develop project scopes and budgets; manage changes.
• Mentor subordinates for development.
