Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee multiple medium to large electrical projects in Arizona. The role includes leading field leaders and ensuring project staffing, schedules, and budgets align with objectives.

Relocation to Arizona is paid with sign-on bonuses, and the position involves budgets, safety and client satisfaction across 75-100 field staff on $50M+ projects.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership and team development skills for field leaders.
• Proven project management and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and construction docs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Experience with budgets, staffing and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of multiple electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality and objectives.
• Supervise Foremen, General Foremen and Superintendents, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Develop staffing strategies with the Director of Field Operations to meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution to achieve milestones.
• Review plans and specs to guide electrical system implementation.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources across projects.
• Communicate progress with teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote safety excellence and adherence to protocols.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in project execution.
• Lead by example and uphold company values.
