Job summary

My client is a leading US General Contractor seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects across the US. This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall delivery of complex data center construction projects, working closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, owners, design teams, subcontractors and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial data center construction experience.
• Experience as a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering data centers, hyperscale, mission-critical or other highly complex facilities.
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex MEP scopes.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across large-scale data center projects.
• Drive project schedule, 3-week lookaheads and short-interval planning.
• Coordinate complex MEP, CSA and commissioning activities.
• Review drawings, specifications and constructability issues.
• Lead coordination meetings with owners, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Support commissioning, turnover and closeout activities.
