Job summary

Coastal Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent for the North Atlanta area to lead field operations on projects primarily across Georgia. Travel to the Southeast is possible, with Georgia as the primary focus.

You will supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coordinate with project teams to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing field experience, ideally as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, metal roofing, and re-roof applications.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of roofing safety and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to read plans, identify field issues, and keep projects moving.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in the North Atlanta / North Georgia area or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable with regional travel as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors on commercial roofing projects.
• Oversee re-roof, retrofit, repair, and related commercial roofing work.
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations are met.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, customers, and field teams.

• Track project progress, schedules, materials, and field reporting.
• Maintain strong communication with general contractors, property managers, and customers.
• Support projects throughout Georgia with periodic travel to Tennessee and the Carolinas.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent based in the North Atlanta area to oversee field operations and support projects primarily throughout Georgia.

This position will also support projects throughout the Southeast, including Tennessee and the Carolinas, as needed. While some regional travel is required, Georgia will be the primary territory and focus of the role.
