Job summary

Roof Technology Partners is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with foremen and subcontractors, serving as the on-site field leader representing our company.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing leadership, OSHA certification, and travel to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
• OSHA certification.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• Experience coordinating multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Single-Ply & Built-up roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects.
• Lead and support foremen and crews across multiple job sites.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Review project scope, drawings, and specifications before and during work.
• Maintain communication with project managers, customers, and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, costs, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Support closeout, punch lists, and warrant follow-up as needed.
