Job summary

Global is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead daily commercial roofing installation activities on assigned job sites in the Phoenix area. You will manage labor, materials, schedules, and budgets while supervising crews and upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial roofing with at least 2 years in leadership, OSHA 30 preferred, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.
• Strong leadership, team management, and hands-on technical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred; additional roofing or construction certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

• Oversee and participate in daily commercial roofing installation activities on assigned job sites.
• Manage labor, materials, and project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise, train, and support roofing crew members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Monitor work progress, address on-site issues, and implement solutions to minimize delays or rework.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and material coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and employee hours, and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Assist with budget tracking and project cost management to align with financial goals.
