Job summary

Lee Company in Madison, AL is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Superintendent to lead multiple trades on complex construction projects. You will direct on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and keep the project on schedule while driving quality and productivity.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of multi-trade Superintendent experience, knowledge of design-build mechanical processes, and a proven ability to train field personnel, hire and coach staff, and apply effective

• 10–15 years of related experience.
• Multi-trade experience with prior Superintendent work.
• Knowledge of design-build mechanical construction processes.
• Experience designing and delivering training to field personnel.
• Experience hiring, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications as needed.

Summary of Job:Planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities of Superintendents for all Mechanical trades on construction projects. Responsible for project safety, meeting construction schedules, and the productivity of labor. Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
