Lee Company is seeking a strong on-site leader to plan, direct, and coordinate all mechanical trades on large construction projects. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and labor productivity while guiding onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED needed
• 8+ years in mechanical contracting on large projects
• Knowledge of Virtual Construction and 3D models
• Microsoft Office proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities for all mechanical trades on large construction projects.
• Ensure project safety, schedule adherence, and labor productivity.
• Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors per policies and laws.
• Plan, coordinate, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; handle rewards and discipline.
• Address and resolve problems, questions, and concerns from team members.
