Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer-facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to guests' vehicles and ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Inspect and communicate oil levels, tire pressures, and fluid levels.
• Complete vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Report safety issues to management and adhere to policies.
