Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a General Production Worker for an onsite contract role in Mansfield, MA. You will assist on the fabrication and production line, loading and feeding materials, performing basic assembly and foam trimming, and inspecting parts for quality while maintaining a clean workspace.

The position runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with training, possible overtime and weekend work, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with basic shop tasks.

• Experience with general labor and machine operation is preferred.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with two breaks, and employees are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for a mandatory 7:00 AM meeting. The first three weeks will involve extensive training, including shadowing and observing, based on individual learning speed. Employees may be required to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. The role requires flexibility to work overtime and weekends if necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mansfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
