Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Chemical Production Operator for a contract-to-hire role based in West Boylston, MA. You will set up and operate production equipment, weigh and load ingredients according to recipes, monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, collect product samples, and complete production documentation.

This onsite position requires strong attention to safety and ISO procedures, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.
• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience.
• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
• Forklift/material handling experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.65 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
