Tyson Foods is hiring for an entry-level general labor role in our Fresh Processing division. The position may work in various lines such as DSI, Debone, Deli, and Evisceration.

The pay starts at $17.45 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for the 2nd shift, and relocation assistance is not provided. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in damp, cold, or hot environments.

Job Details: Pay: $17.45 /Per hour + $ 1.00/hour Shift differential for 2nd shift JOB DETAILS: This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position could work in any area of the Fresh Processing including the DSI, Debone, Deli lines, and Evisceration.

SUMMARY: Be able to push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 50 pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments, and reach above shoulder level. Be able to stand 8- 10 hours a day on hard surfaces. Able to perform repetitive motion. Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas. Must wear PPE, frocks, gloves, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

ATTENTION: These positions may involve use of a knife and or scissors to bone out or trim pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
