Your days will be busy entering data, scanning, and indexing a variety of document types for the Department of Treasury, while providing courteous and knowledgeable service to our customers. This job includes preparing documents for imaging, logging, scanning, data entering, and indexing documents using multiple applications. Please note that onsite work will be required.
Facility, Mail, and Data Operations is comprised of a motivated, hard-working, and inclusive team.
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
No specific type or amount of experience is required.
One year of administrative support experience.
Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.
FTI. This position has a FTINPRINT sub-class code. The sub-class code indicates the position has access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and requires passing of a fingerprint-based background check per IRS Publication 1075.
