Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Ensure team is trained and delivers Target guest experience standards.
• Observe and provide feedback, recognizing great guest moments.
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals.
• Educate the team on operational procedures and product availability.
