• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure consistent operations.
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including coaching and performance conversations.
• Manage daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals, including merchandising and price changes.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, signage, and stock levels across GM areas.
