Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or team-leader experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest expectations.
• Coach, develop and retain hourly team members to build a strong team.
• Ensure products are in stock, correctly priced and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and loss-prevention standards across the store.
