Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in a full-time store role. You will lead hourly team members, drive guest experience, and manage daily operations to meet sales goals.

The position involves coaching, training, merchandise presentation, and adherence to safety and policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities include staffing, task assignment, inventory management, and supporting store leadership to deliver excellent guest service and operational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and ensure a friendly, easy shopping environment.
• Train and develop hourly team members; coach for performance and growth.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest engagement targets.
• Ensure products are in stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor.
• Oversee merchandising, signing, restocking, and fulfillment tasks as needed.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational procedures across the store.
