Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in West Palm Beach, FL to help deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience. You will lead a team of hourly associates, manage daily workflows and ensure merchandise is stocked, priced and signed accurately.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals, coach team members, and uphold Target's standards for safety and guest service while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members to plan department daily/weekly workload and achieve sales goals
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Coach and train hourly team members to build a capable guest-facing team
• Assist with pick, pack and ship fulfillment and related reporting as needed
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace and follow Target safety procedures
