Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to support a fast-paced store in Riverview, FL. You will lead a team, ensure guest experience commitments are met, and drive in-store operations from replenishment to signing and pricing.

You should be comfortable managing workload, coaching hourly staff, and maintaining stock accuracy while delivering on sales goals under guidance from a store leader.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members.
• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, physically active retail environment.
• Wexible with a variable work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in retail leadership and coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and train hourly team members.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet store goals with your direct leader.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, product availability, pricing and signing.
• Coordinate pick, pack and ship fulfillment where applicable and monitor KPIs.
