Target seeks a General Merchandise Team Leader to deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience while leading hourly team members and driving store goals. You will manage daily workloads, stock and pricing accuracy, and merchandise presentation, coaching teammates to uphold standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Educate and coach hourly team members to build a guest-centric team.
• Ensure product is in stock, accurately priced, signed and available on the sales floor.
• Assist with fulfillment and safety practices and maintain a compliant workplace.
