Target in West Palm Beach is seeking an Executive Team Leader for Specialty Sales. You will lead a team of consultants across Apparel & Accessories, Beauty and Electronics, driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll set schedules, manage merchandising and pricing, and coach hourly team members to achieve department goals while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.
