Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in daily store operations.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Staffing, hiring and training to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes career development and internal promotions decisions.
• Manages P&L, sales targets and shrink in the department.
• Ensures safety, training completion and adherence to standards.
