Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping guests in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Willing to stand and move for long periods.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft; initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an inspiring experience
• Execute daily tasks: restocking, backroom organization, pricing, signs for GM areas
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a compliant workplace
