Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in active roles, and can work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided and safety rules are emphasized to keep teammates and guests safe.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first attitude.
• Experience in retail and inventory replenishment is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with the team in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance.
• Operate power equipment if certified.
