Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to help deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and ensure smooth checkout interactions.

Responsibilities include restocking, pricing, sign setup, and collaboration with team members to meet sales goals while maintaining store standards. Flexible shifts and physical activity are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and provide warm, helpful interactions at 10ft and 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Complete daily tasks like receiving products, restocking shelves, managing stock, pricing and signage.
