Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers as needed.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom, merchandising setup and maintenance, pricing.
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise.
• Learn and execute operational procedures affecting inventory and store profitability.
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures and maintain a safe workplace.
• Support guest services and digital fulfillment processes.
• All other duties based on business needs.
