Job summary

Target Corp in North Saint Paul, MN is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to manage daily operations, drive guest‑facing service, and lead a team of hourly associates. You will oversee stocking, pricing, signing, merchandising, and backroom processes to ensure products are available and accurately displayed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first environment.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to achieve department and store goals with guidance from a direct leader.
• Coordinate receipt, pricing, signing, merchandising, stocking, and backroom organization.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and participate in interview and selection processes.
