Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide the best shopping experience, including checkout excellence.
• Communicate with team and assign daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to meet service and sales goals.
• Support training and cross-training of staff to boost productivity.
• Assist leadership with department scheduling to improve engagement and sales.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policies.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and display when applicable.
• Operate registers and cash handling when needed; use powered equipment as required.
• Participate in period-end inventories and act in lead capacity when needed.
