Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Expert to support guest experiences on the sales floor in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, restock shelves, manage signage and pricing, and help with backroom organization while following safety procedures.

This role requires a friendly, proactive attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
