Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a General Manager for Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk in Oak Brook, IL. You will oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, retail tasting room and Wine Club, driving guest experiences and team development.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years GM experience, strong leadership, financial acumen and excellence in hospitality. Competitive compensation includes base salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full‑service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 50–60 hours per week and weekends/holidays.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to read/write English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including kitchen, front-of-house, retail/tasting room, and Wine Club.
• Lead Management and hourly team members as a role model of Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Ensure service execution and uphold food, service and facility standards.
