FGG Spa, LLC operates Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Charlotte, NC. We’re seeking a high‑impact General Manager to lead the team and the business, delivering an exceptional guest experience and sustainable profitability.

You’ll drive spa performance, build a culture of accountability, recruit and develop staff, manage KPIs and P&L, and execute local marketing to grow memberships and service utilization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven success driving sales and team performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – CHARLOTTE (4310 Sharon Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business.

This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Lead the Business

• Spa operations and overall performance
• Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
• Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership

Build the Team

• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
• Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
• Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints

Drive the Results

• Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
