Job description

For our client, we are seeking a General Manager - Value Added Services to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead a remote operations function focused on value-added services that support client outcomes, operational stewardship, and revenue-generating initiatives. The position will oversee a small team, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and help ensure strong fiduciary, safety, and compliance standards. In addition, this leader will guide strategy and execution across property use, environmental priorities, and renewable energy-related projects.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,325 – $212,030 annually

Responsibilities

• Ensure client fiduciary obligations are upheld


• Prioritize safety and environmental stewardship


• Develop strong relationships with internal personnel across relevant functions


• Lead a team of approximately 9 employees


• Execute a recreation strategy for optimal property use


• Oversee value-added revenue projects including carbon and renewable energy


• Assist in policy development and compliance with laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental field or equivalent experience required


• Graduate degree in an environmental discipline or business management preferred


• 10+ years of environmental project management experience


• 10+ years of organizational management and leadership experience


• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions


• Strong analytical, financial, and technology skills
