• Identify recurring issue themes and trends for program oversight

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Issues Management to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee compliance issue management across the full issue lifecycle, helping ensure that regulatory, risk, and audit matters are tracked, challenged, and resolved effectively. The manager will partner with internal stakeholders to maintain strong issue governance, support remediation progress, and strengthen oversight in a highly regulated environment. The position is well‑suited for someone who can balance detailed documentation and validation work with broader trend identification and program discipline.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,100 – $201,100 annually
